North Florida Archers meeting minutes

The regular monthly club meeting of North Florida Archers was called to order at 5:58 pm by Butch White, Club President

 

    1. REVIEW OF THE PREVIOUS MEETING MINUTES
      • The minutes for the previous meeting were reviewed by Jermey Hall, Treasure, and accepted.

       

        1. REVIEW OF TREASURER’S REPORT
          • The Treasurer’s report was reviewed by Jermey Hall, Treasure, and accepted.

           

            1. OLD BUSINESS OR OPEN ISSUES
              • Extreme/Ethical Shoot to be held Nov 15 &16. Setup Nov 13 and 14 at 10 am
              • Workday in January- Date TBD
              • Website will be redesigned in the coming months.
              • Dec 6th TBOF Winter Warm-Up – Set-up on Dec 5th at 10am
              • Members voted to not host a Christmas party this year due to low turnout in the past.
              • IRS Paperwork has been refiled
              • Elections for 2026-2028 officials will be held at the Dec meeting. If interested in running for a portion email the club email.

               

                1. Motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 6:48PM and carried.
