Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

 

Reading of last month’s minutes – suspended because secretary was not present.

 

Financial Report – Accepted as is.

 

New Business:

 
    1. Extreme/Ethical Shoot
      1. November 15-16
      2. Set up Friday 11/14
      3. Awards will be for Compound Men/Women, Traditional Men/Women
    2. Will be hosting the TBOF Warm-up on December 6th
    3. Will be hosting the IBO East Coast Championship again in 2026
    4. Website = expires in January 2026, and will have to work with GoDaddy to get the pages rebuilt to confirm to their standards: world wide mobile & desktop internet standards (jp)
      1. 3 years of hosting and set up costs will be $2,963.63, and then pay yearly hosting fees
      2. Jim will work on getting the website payment transferred to the archer club, and will work on getting website rebuilt and switched over.
