Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence

 

Reading of last month’s minutes – not available, so waived reading the minutes.

 

Financial Report – Accepted as is.

 

New Business:

 
    1. 1st Monthly Shoot is February 7th:
      1. Set up will begin at 7:30 on Saturday morning
      2. Traditional shot-gun start about 8:30, dependent on set up
      3. Compound start after traditional has been out (9-9:15)
    2. ASA Qualifier is February 28th
    3. We will be rebuilding the Trad Range walking bridge. The cost for the material to rebuild the bridge will be $688. Motion made to approve the cost, motion seconded, motion carries. We will be working on this on Saturday February 14th and 21st
    4. We will be ordering coins and arrowheads for awards. We will be ordering enough to last a few years.
