The
meeting was called to order at 6 pm and opened with the Pledge of
Allegiance and a moment of silence for our troops. Charles Laughlin presented the treasurer’s report. Report was approved as read Jim Parsons read minutes of the May 5, 2010 meeting. Minutes were approved as read. Old
business: New Business: New shoot classes for our monthly shoots were discussed and approved. There are now 6 primary classes. "Open A", "Open C", "Hunter", "Novice", "Young Adult/Youth" and "Cubs". See our "Shoot Results" page for class details. Youth groups continue to be invited and instructed at North Florida Archers. Volunteers are always welcome. If you can help us out with this program, call the club information number to volunteer. New club tee shirts have arrived. The new batch is tan in color. Price remains at $15.00 Jim Parsons raised the possibility of obtaining "Instant Canteen" clips with the club logo on them for distribution and resale at club shoots. "Instant Canteen" clips turn any narrow mouth water bottle into a "hang on your belt" canteen. Minimum order quantities and cost is needed An order is once again being placed for collared polo style club shirts. These shirts have a nice monogrammed club logo on the left chest. Shirts are available in various colors including White, Black, Grey, Green, Red, Orange, Yellow and Blue. Cost is $22.00 each. Orders must be in by the first week of July.
