The meeting was called to order at 6 pm Charles Laughlin presented the treasurer’s report. Report was approved as presented Jim Parsons read the minutes of January 6, 2010. Minutes were approved as read.

New Business: Jim Parsons was presented the "2009 Archer of the Year" award Election of 2010 officers: Charlie Nelson -Chairman of the Board, Grover Hendel - Range Officer, Jim Parsons - Secretary, Charles Laughlin - Treasurer, Bill Loudermilk - Vice President, John Guttry - President Board members: Terry Bumgardner, Ben Butler, Don DeLong, Daniel Loudermilk, Dan Makley, Allen Sparkman Club members are not to relocate targets, no exceptions. The location of club targets is the responsibility of the Range Officer. Allen Sparkman volunteered to coordinate this year's Traditional Rendezvous, scheduled for April 16-18. Ben Butler will be Allen's second. Please contact Ben Butler at 718-7095 if you have any questions. Volunteers will be needed to set targets on Friday April 16 and to pull targets on Sunday April 18. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Grover Hendel and John Guttry have volunteered to do the cooking for this year's Rendezvous. This years events will be provided with a "shoot budget". Each event should work within it's assigned budget. The first club shoot will be Sunday February 7, 2010 Volunteers are needed for Saturday Feb 6 to help set targets. Please arrive by 8:00 am if possible. Help will also be needed to pull the targets Sunday afternoon. Youth groups are scheduled for Thursday, Feb 4, 2010 and Friday. Feb 5, 2010 The picnic pavilion area is scheduled to be cleaned and mulched. This work should provide the club with a cleaner, dust free area for club gatherings and cookouts.
