I, the undersigned, do hereby release, hold harmless, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue, North Florida Archers, the membership, other participants, the city of Jacksonville, and the United States Navy from liability for any losses, damages or personal injuries incurred while on the surrounding restricted properties of the archery ranges, whether participating, competing, officiating, observing, working for or any other purpose. I fully understand, acknowledge and agree that archery events are dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury and/or death.
